Our finance is only available through our designated retail partners.
 

To apply for one of our finance products, you must be at least 18 years old on the date you apply, and a permanent UK resident for at least the last three years.

You must also have a mobile phone number, email address, and a UK bank account that can be set up to make Direct Debit payments.

Note: Finance is subject to eligibility and the approval of your application depends on financial circumstances and your borrowing history
 

What information do I need to provide?

Usually we need to know your:
• personal details (name, address, date of birth, etc.)
• contact details (phone and email)


Retailers will also need to see:
• proof of identity (e.g. passport, drivers licence)
• proof of address (e.g. a statement from your bank or an energy company)

What are the product details?

Octane Finance Limited supply an interest free personal loan for a fixed term with 0% APR and equal fixed monthly payments throughout the loan agreement. 

The loan is Not a secured loan and no interest or fees are applied.

The term of the loan is 1, 2 or 3 years depending on your requirements.

What if I want to cancel?

You can cancel at any time by simply cancelling your Direct Debit at your bank and emailing us at hello@ofl.co.uk advising that you wish to cancel. 

If you cancel within the first 14 days of the agreement then the first month's loan payment will be refunded to you. 

If you cancel your agreement and do not pay the vehicle warranty in full then your warrant will cease to cover you at the end of that calendar month (where you pay your monthly payment upfront) except in the case of you cancelling within the first 14 days in which case your warranty cover will cease immediately. 

How are the payments calculated?

Your repayments 

Your monthly repayments are calculated by dividing the total amount borrowed by the number of months you are taking the loan over. As there is no interest or fees to be paid, if you choose to take out a warranty with one of our retail partners for, by way of example, £999 over 36 months:

• The Document Fee £0.00
• The total Amount of interest £0.00
• The Monthly amount to pay £27.75 for 36 months of equal instalments
